Please ship all online returns and exchanges back within 30-days of purchase. Click here to generate your return label. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any trouble generating a label. Returns must be in new and restock-able condition. We do not accept exchanges or returns for worn or laundered items unless a defect in manufacturing is found.
Print and fill out a Thomas Dean Return Form and enclose it with the items you’re returning. I know. If only everything were this simple. It is our policy to refund the cost of merchandise only; shipping charges are non-refundable for returned items. Please save your tracking number for your security. We’ll take it from there, and stay in touch email-wise.
ThomasDean.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Just like we’re not responsible for receding hairlines, broken hearts, or putting your trash out on the curb. We make dope threads, and we ship them to folks. Nothing more, nothing less.
We don’t accept exchanges or returns purchased from other retailers or other online stores. Just like your neighbor’s kid can’t just open your fridge, and help themselves to your leftover bacon. (Who has leftover bacon?)
Items purchased as a gift cannot be returned for cash. Gift items may only be exchanged for a similarly priced item. Makes sense, right? ThomasDean.com does not accept returns or exchanges on any item marked "Final Sale". e-Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. All exchange deliveries are pursuant to merchandise availability, delivery, and weather conditions. Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns or exchanges on orders shipping to international locations, unless the merchandise is defective. Then it's definitely our bad, not yours. Our shipping charges only cover our cost to ship USPS to Canada and Mexico. We do not cover related duties and fees.
